she deems it's necessary for us to daily take in some extra vitamins beyond meals.and she always takes in them and gives them to her child.
but his husband think it's holding a candle to the sun,believing that all the vitamins body needs is contained in the diets.and they both completely resist their ideas respectively,arguing about the queston from time to time.

| | how to take vitamins? | | hi all mylotters, i have been confused the way of us to take vitamins for a long time, as some told me i should take vitamin with empty stomauch while some told me not to do so. and also i heard from others said some vitamins cant mix together to take. it is confusing. i am not superstar nutritionists, but even how to take vitamins i also dunno how to ensure i am getting the maximum benefit for my health.
